Which size should I order?
Sizes run S to 3XL and are measured on the garment, not your body. Lay a hoodie you love flat, measure straight across the chest, double it, and compare with our size guide. Between sizes, go up. Wrong size? We swap it free, with a prepaid return label.
How big can my pet be?
It's made for cats and small dogs. Pets sit lower in the pouch as they get heavier, so lighter pets are the most comfortable. It isn't made for bigger dogs.
How does my pet get in?
Unzip the curved seam across the chest, let your pet step in from your lap, and guide their head out through the soft round opening. Zip the seam partway. The opening adjusts with a cord lock: keep it loose.
Is it comfortable for my pet?
Use it the way you'd use your lap: supervised and relaxed. Keep the opening loose around their neck (two fingers' room) and never tighten the cord lock. If your pet wants out, unzip the seam and let them go. If your cat chews strings, pull out the hood drawstring. Watch for panting, because it's a warm hoodie.
What if my pet won't use it?
Some won't, and we'd rather say so. Lap cats and pets who already like being held take to it best. If yours won't settle within 30 days, send it back for a full refund. Pet hair is fine.
Can I take my pet out in it?
It's made for close-to-home time: the couch, the desk, the porch. For bike rides, hikes and flights, a harnessed carrier is the safer choice, because a soft pouch can't hold a pet steady on the move. We're adding one to the shop soon.
What's it made of?
Soft polyester sherpa-style fleece with a lined pouch. Imported. Wash it before first wear and follow the care label sewn inside; see care & first week.
When will it arrive?
It ships to you directly with tracking and usually arrives in 8–14 business days. Order by December 1 for Christmas. If an order is running late, we'll email you and offer a full refund.

It arrived smelling of packaging. Is that normal?
New fleece can pick up packaging smells. Wash it before first use. If it still smells, send it back for a full refund.
