Counted from the day it arrives.
- Your pet won't use it: send it back for a full refund of what you paid. Pet hair is fine. Return postage is on you (usually about $6–8 within the US).
- Wrong size: we swap it free. We email you a prepaid return label, and we ship your new size as soon as the first one is on its way back.
- Something's broken (zip, seam) or damaged on arrival: send a photo and we replace it or refund you, your choice. If we need it back, we send the label.
- Normal wear isn't covered.
To start, send your order number through our contact page. We reply within one business day with the return address. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return arriving.
