What we tell you
- How it fits: garment measurements, and how to check against a hoodie you already own.
- What it's for: couch and desk time, supervised. What it isn't for: walks, travel, flights, big dogs.
- What we know and what we don't: every product fact is labelled as our supplier's statement until we've confirmed it ourselves.
- Where it comes from: made by our manufacturing partner, imported, shipped direct, usually 8–14 business days.

When we know, we'll move each one to the product page with the date.
What we will never claim
- "Safe", "vet-approved" or "vet-recommended"
- A weight rating we haven't measured
- "Travel carrier", "airline approved" or "for walks"
- "Handmade", "USA-made", "premium", "thick" or "heavyweight" unless measured
- Any fiber that isn't on the sewn-in label ("sherpa" and "plush" are fabric styles, not fibers)
- Fake or AI reviews, review counts we can't show, or "as seen on" badges
- Fake sales, "was" prices that were never charged, or countdown timers that reset. The only deadline we show is the real December 1 Christmas cutoff.
- AI-generated people presented as real customers
How we handle being wrong
If something on our site turns out to be untrue, we correct the page, add a dated note below saying what changed, and refund anyone who bought on the wrong information, if they ask.
